PM Awas Yojana. കേന്ദ്രസര്ക്കാര് ഈയിടെ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ച '2022 ഓടെ എല്ലാവര്ക്കും വീട്' പദ്ധതിക്ക് മന്ത്രിസഭ അംഗീകാരം നല്കിക്കഴിഞ്ഞു. പാവപ്പെട്ടവര്ക്ക് ഭവനവായ്പയില് ഇളവുകള് നല്കുന്നത് ഉള്പ്പടെയുള്ള ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളാണ് പദ്ധതിയിലുള്ളത്. നഗരങ്ങളിലെ എല്ലാ ദരിദ്ര കുടുംബങ്ങള്ക്കും വീട് നല്കുന്ന പദ്ധതിയുടെ മാര്ഗനിര്ദേശങ്ങള് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി പുറത്തിറക്കി. ഏഴുവര്ഷം കൊണ്ട് പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കുന്ന പദ്ധതിക്ക് കേന്ദ്ര സര്ക്കാര് സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായം നല്കും. ഭര്ത്താവും ഭാര്യയും വിവാഹം കഴിയാത്ത മക്കളും അടങ്ങുന്ന കുടുംബമാണ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഗുണഭോക്താക്കള്. ഗുണഭോക്താക്കളാകുന്ന കുടുംബത്തിലെ അംഗങ്ങളിലാര്ക്കും രാജ്യത്തെവിടെയും വീടുണ്ടാകാന് പാടില്ളെന്ന് മാര്ഗനിര്ദേശത്തില് പറയുന്നു. പുതിയ പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഗുണഭോക്താക്കളാകുന്നതിന് മാത്രമായിരിക്കും പുതുതായി കുടിയേറിയ താല്ക്കാലിക കുടിയേറ്റക്കാരെ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതെന്നും പ്രത്യേകം നിര്ദേശിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യങ്ങളോടെ 30 ചതുരശ്ര മീറ്റര് വിസ്താരമുള്ള വീടുകളുടെ നിര്മാണ സഹായമാണ് സര്ക്കാര് നല്കുക. വീടിന്െറ വലുപ്പത്തിന്െറയും സൗകര്യ...
